Sgt Greg Eaton

Joined the Marine Corps reserve in 1967. Attended boot camp at MCRD San Diego, then ITR and field radio operator (2531) school at Camp Pendelton.  Completed 6 months of active duty and then went on active reserve for 5 1/2  years, with 4th Force Recon Company, San Bernardino. Last two years of my service the unit converted to a rifle company, I can't remember the unit name; I can check with Blair, I think it is on my DD214. Attended jump school in 1968 at Ft Benning Georgia. Attended basic reconnaissance school at Coronado Island in 1969.  Completed my 6 years enlistment in 1973, and went on inactive reserve.
